How do I upgrade a facility card?

To upgrade a facility card you must first left click of the base icon to bring up the “Base Viewer” interface. The facility card will now be visible in the display. Left click on the card to view information about the facility. The number of upgrades remaining will be displayed in the info text pad on the right side of the display. If an upgrade remains then you can right click on the facility card to access the cards special ability options. A text pad will appear with an entry labeled “Upgrade” followed by icons depicting the action point and resource costs associated with the upgrade.

If sufficient action points and resources are available the text will be black otherwise it will be colored red. Left clicking on a black “Upgrade” text entry will perform the upgrade and increase the facility’s level as well as bestow any new benefits derived from the new level.
