It's been done before, but I present you: the One Turn Victory.
Simply a matter of walking out of the gate of the Imperial Palace, firing up the good ol' Imperial Recon vehicle, and making a short dash to the Mutant Stronghold.

Hold on, you've explored in the opposite direction too. What did you do that with in one turn with 1 of each resource. Shenanigans!

No shenanigans at all. I know exactly what's on those tiles, because I laid all of them down with my own bare hands (or rather, by dragging them with the mouse pointer).

You can pretty much do this with any army and its, honest to god, something you should do once.
