Strategic Deception Bug

I haven't tested this thoroughly, but it seems that Strategic Deception can be defeated by attempting to cast legion-targeted rituals on cantons until you find one that works. Not only does this show you the location of the legion, but if you cast Combat Deception it also reveals the legion's name and stats!
